Development Manager - Big Data Technologies

Experience in Big Data Engineering processes including development, Design and leading or managing teams in a fast paced environment.
Should have experience in development of distributed systems with huge data management and processing capacities.
Development skills in Java or Scala, Scalable Web applications (J2EE, JSF) with UI technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, Jquery, bootstarp etc)
Expert knowledge of building scalable real time and/or batch distributed data processing solutions with modern Big Data technologies including Hadoop, Spark, Storm, Kafka, Hive, Impala, indexing engines elasticsearch and Solr etc.
Experience in managing and deployment of applications on Cloud platforms.
Hands on knowledge of container based deployment using Docker or Kubernetes etc.
Good understanding of a broad spectrum of NoSQL, Big Data based Graph Databases, traditional RDBMS, and columnar data stores including Postgres, Cassandra, Vertica, Janusgraph, Hbase and Redis.
Ability to build systems with balance of non functional requirements like performance, scalability, availability and latency.
Experience in DevOps with continuous Integration and automation tools, monitoring.
A good communicator and team player who has a proven track record of building strong relationships with management, co-workers and customers.
